Notice of change in terms to your cardholder agreement

Effective Date: January 9, 2023

This is important information about your Today Visa® Prepaid Card issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. An updated Cardholder Agreement is in your online account.  You can log in to your account and download the updated Cardholder Agreement.  If you have any questions about this letter, please call Customer Service at 1-844-905-3035.

Effective January 9, 2023, the changes described below will apply to your Card Account.  Please refer to the enclosed updated Cardholder Agreement for all other Card Account terms, conditions, and fees that are unaffected by the changes described below.

Update #1: In the “Fee Schedule” section for any member whose account has been inactive for more than 90 consecutive days, meaning no money loaded to the card, no purchases made from the card and/or no ATM activity on the card, members will be charged an inactivity fee of $4.00 per month. This inactivity fee will be charged accordingly until either a transaction has been completed on the Card or until funds are depleted to $0.00.

Update #2: In the “Fee Schedule” section for members who use the Card to bank transfer (ACH) feature to transfer funds from their Card to their bank account, please note that a $1.50 fee per transfer will apply.

Update #3: The Card Account balance has been raised to $50,000.00.

If you choose not to accept the terms of the Cardholder Agreement, please contact us at 1-844-905-3035 prior to January 9, 2023 to close your Card Account and a balance refund will be sent to you at no charge.
